Light Bulb

The TinyLights directory is required in the Workspace.

If you have not created the TinyLights folder in your Workspace yet, do so now.

Creating Bulbs

  1. Create a new Sphere part.
  2. Position it in your workspace.
  3. Name the part room.light. Naming properly is important.
  4. Make sure the room.light part is in the TinyLights folder.
  5. Make sure you have the .light suffix or TinyLights won't know what it is.

You can name the light whatever fits best as long as you include the .light suffix.

These are all valid naming formats:

TinyLights/
    room.light
    living_room.light
    room2.light
    outside.light

You can place as many lights as you want. Just keep them in the TinyLights folder and properly named with the .light suffix.

Colored Lights

You can easily change the color of your light bulbs.

Simply select a new color for your light part in Studio.

Brighter and lighter colors work better. You can also boost brightness even more.

Did You Know?

You can place lights in the air, or even stick it on a wall.

Now your light bulb needs a light switch!
